Weekend Training

Looks like it is going to be a good weekend for riding (aren't they all...). Saturday will be the standard team ride from the elementary school on Linglestown Road. Count on two to three hours of good base mileage. Not like last Saturday's good, but way too intense ride from Rife's. Don't get me wrong, I'm all about a good, fast training ride, but that's maybe not such a good idea in the middle of January! Slow, slow, slow.......that's the way....
